Workshop sessions on cultural production and management for the youngsters of the city of Eleusis ages 16-29, aiming to provide them with market knowledge, and increase their capacity on aspects related to cultural management. The workshops are implemented within the artistic program of 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture.

The project objective is to offer well developed training sessions, which include thorough theoretical knowledge and applied practices, on the ways that cultural reserve is exploited, on ideation and concept development, as well as managing contemporary culture projects.
