The "Digital Platform for Promotion and Distribution 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture" is a major project of the 2023 Eleusis ECOC which will contribute significantly to the promotion, highlighting and exploitation of the numerous contemporary artistic production of the works hosted by the institution during the year of its implementation, as well as the rich cultural heritage of the city of Eleusis through modern tools and applications, creating the conditions to exploit its cultural heritage, to digitise documents of great historical importance and to create the infrastructure that will allow the further development of the project in other fields of application that are relevant to both the field of contemporary culture and the tangible and intangible cultural heritage.

The objective of the "Digital Platform for Promotion and Distribution 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture" is the research, development and adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies for the preservation, documentation and promotion of both the contemporary artistic production and the cultural heritage of the city of Eleusis.

The implementation of the project includes the following main parts:

1. Design and development of the Digital Promotion and Distribution Platform 2023 Elefsina
2. Design and development of a "Digital Repository"
3. Design and development of "Visual Communication" applications for the Digital Promotion and Distribution Platform 2023 Eleusis
4. Innovative Digital Campaign for the Promotion of the Ethno-local Associations of Eleusis
5. Innovative city integration campaign "The Sounds of Elefsina"
6. Magnetoscope of events and actions 2023 Elefsina European Capital of Culture

MENTOR undertook the study submitted for funding to the Greece 2.0 National Recovery and Resilience Plan, securing the required amount for the implementation of the "Digital Platform for Promotion and Distribution 2023 Elefsina European Capital of Culture".
